Optimising and automating processes: KYC, GDRP. Agreement management and campaign management.
After analysing the existing system and collecting requirements from the sales and marketing departments, we modelled the target processes and set them up in Salesforce with the Sales Cloud, Client Community & Pardot modules. Design and development of a B2B and B2C Preference Centre.
Automation of processes and in particular KYC: Acceleration of new and existing customer approvals through automated approvals and workflows. Development of the Customer Preference Centre as a fully functional extension of the front office with its own customer portal, with requests, customer profile, search reports, etc.
